1. Scope

Toolbox Max is a Chrome browser extension. The Free version is free of charge and works without an account. The Pro version requires purchasing a license.

2. Pro license

A Pro licence entitles you to use Pro features on your devices, for private and professional use. It is tied to the licence key and may not be resold or shared publicly. An annual licence covers 12 months from purchase, a one-time licence does not expire. It also covers tools added later. The same licence key works in both extensions: Toolbox Max and Toolbox Max for Developers.

3. Payments and refunds

Payments are handled by Paddle as the merchant of record. You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase by writing to support@gettoolboxmax.com or to Paddle.

4. Use

You use the extension at your own risk and in compliance with the law. You may not use it to infringe the rights of others or to disrupt the operation of websites (e.g., by excessive link checking).

5. AI features

The “Fix Text” feature uses an AI model and may make mistakes. Review the corrected text yourself before using it.

6. Availability and changes

We do our best to make the extension work properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or compatibility with every site. We may change and develop features. We will announce material changes to the terms on this page.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the license. We do not limit any rights consumers have under the law.

8. Governing law and contact

Polish law applies, without prejudice to the consumer's rights under the laws of their country of residence. Contact: support@gettoolboxmax.com.
